Vietnam at the Global Travel Market in London

About ten Vietnamese aviation, tourism and hospitality companies participated in the London World Tourism Fair (WTM) held from November 6 to 8 in the United Kingdom.

First held in 1980, WTM London is the world’s second largest annual travel trade fair after ITB Berlin and the world’s most influential travel and tourism event providing information, promotion and networking opportunities for companies operating in the aviation, hospitality and tourism industries worldwide.

For the 2023 edition, the fair attracted around 4,000 companies, and the number of visitors was higher than that for the 2022 edition. Last year, the event attracted 38,500 visitors from 184 countries.

With more than ten consecutive years of participation at WTM London, Vietnam pavilions presented various tourism products at WTM London 2023, such as Vietnam luxury train travel, seaplane tour of Ha Long Bay, luxury cruises, ecotourism tours, gastronomic and cultural tourism, hotel services and resorts…

Vietnamese companies also organized activities to establish cooperative relations with foreign partners and promote Vietnamese tourism.

In recent years, Vietnam has been continuously awarded by the World Travel Awards (WTA) as the best world heritage destination, the best world golf destination and the best Asian destination for tourism, nature, culture, cuisine and sustainable development.
